Most of the payments are usually paid every 3 months. 1 month rent for deposit equating to 4 months rent in total.

If you can't withdraw enough money from the bank when moving in, please inform us of your situation and we will inform the landlords, and will give you time to prepare the required funds.

Water 5 CNY/ton ,Gas 2.16 CNY /cubic ,Electricity 0.5 CNY/kw

Usually 3 bills no more than 100 CNY per/month , Internet 148 CNY /year (no limit)

in beijing is very easy , you can use wechat and alipay and should you have trouble doing this we will readily provide you with assistance.
